Crochet Bundle Kit is delivered as an instant digital download. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Download or file problems
If your download link does not arrive, a file is missing, or a file cannot be opened, contact us. We will verify your purchase and replace or repair the affected files as quickly as possible.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly, email us with your purchase details. Valid duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed and refunded to the original payment method.
